- Thorough review of your company, job description of the position you are filling, experience requirements, office/staff environment, and the impact that qualified candidates will bring to your organization.
- Search for qualified candidates begins via our database, social networks, industry networking, referrals, etc.
- Conduct telephone and/or in-person interviews to screen candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates, including a summary of interview, their resume and salary history.
- Review all submitted candidates and schedule interviews with the candidates you would like to meet.
- At your direction, references and background checks are done before an offer is made.
- Once a candidate is selected Beyond Media Placement will continue to be the liaison by presenting and negotiating client’s offer.
- Post job placement follow up including satisfaction assurances with your new employee.
